What time can we check in and check out?
Check-in is available from 7 am to 9 pm. If you are arriving at other times, you will need confirmation from our structure before checking in. Check-out is from 9 am to 11 am, with an apartment check before your departure.
How does the virtual concierge work?
Thanks to our virtual concierge service, from 9 am to 7.30 pm you can press 9 on the phone in your apartment: our staff will be at your service for info and assistance.
What kinds of payments and credit cards are accepted?
AccWe take payments made by bank transfer, credit and debit cards. Completing the payment before checking out is mandatory. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex credit cards. In order to guarantee your reservation, up to 7 days before check-in we may temporarily hold back the amount to be paid.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation is usually free up to 7 days before arrival, but we suggest that you check carefully at the moment of reservation. In case of late cancellation, the full amount will be charged. To cancel or modify your booking, please contact our reception.
Where can I park my car?
We recommend parking in the private garages near the residence, which charge from 26,50 € to 35 € per day, including a pass to access the restricted transit area.
What is a ZTL area in Florence?
A ZTL (Zona a Traffico Limitato = controlled traffic zone) is an area in the city centre of Florence where transiting with your own motorized vehicle is not allowed. Transgressors are fined. ZTL areas are always indicated by signs at the beginning and end of the area.
Is wi-fi included?
Certainly, a fast and free wi-fi connection is available in all the building. When you check in, you will receive a password to login.
Is smoking allowed in the apartments?
Smoking is not allowed. We prefer to keep the spaces nice and fresh for all our guests. If you smoke in the apartment, you may be fined.
Are the apartments pet-friendly?
Yes, some of them are. Some are perfect for your four-legged friends, while others are not. Please check our conditions when you book with us.
Can I prepare a typical Italian coffee in the apartment?
Of course! In the apartment kitchen you will find a Nespresso coffee machine with some welcome capsules.
Is there a night curfew?
No, you will receive the keys when you check in and you will be completely free to come and go as you wish.
What is included in the apartment fee?
The fee includes your stay with use of kitchen, use of towels, bed linens, air conditioning and/or heating, wi-fi connection, hairdryer and map of Florence. Children under the age of 3 are free, for older children there is an extra charge of 25 € per night.
What is the tassa di soggiorno?
The tassa di soggiorno (city tax) is the tourist tax requested by the Florence city council. The amount is 5 € per person per night (excluding children under 12). The city tax is not included in the apartment fee, and it needs to be paid separately.
